It is unintentional that I am posting about the NFT copyright infringement case I am currently experiencing for most of this year's posts. In my previous post, I talked about the methods for filing DMCA reports on each platform.

I was trying to summarize the reporting methods for each platform..

Is this good news? I was able to confirm that one of the Deadnight gang's main strongholds, Discord, was taken down.

Discord's response was also a bit slow, and although I sent more detailed materials after they initially said it wouldn't work, I wasn't expecting much since it is a chat-based app and it was deemed difficult to prove specific copyright infringement.

I received a reply as follows and they immediately shut down the server itself.

Hehe.. That's very cool.

Actually, that Vietnamese group was trying to sign a contract with me to obtain copyright usage rights, and we were communicating via email.

Actually, I applied for this a week ago, so it was suspended at this timing.

I imagine it will be quite a shock

There was no other choice; they shouldn't have infringed on copyright..

Or perhaps I should have just listened to me from the start...

Of course, if you sign a contract with me afterwards and acquire the NFT usage rights, I can apply for a release again to open it up.. but I don't know if the contract will actually be reached.

I will soon post a summary of the DMCA reporting procedures for each platform as previously announced.
