Recently, while dealing with an NFT copyright infringement case, I can say that the ultimate keyword for solving all the problems I am facing is the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
First, let's look at what the DMCA is
According to the wiki, it is explained as follows.

To make it easier to understand, here is a link to the article that is also posted on Namuwiki.
In short, it is a law enacted in the United States. As digital copyright infringement has intensified, particularly with such incidents arising on platform services, there was a time of much deliberation regarding who should bear the responsibility. If someone infringes on copyright and posts it on your platform, if you receive a report from the copyright holder and delete the relevant post according to procedure, the platform operator is innocent!
I understand this to be the law.
In other words, it is a law that allows me to take down the contents of the gang infringing on my copyright to conduct marketing and sales. Most platform operators operate DMCA reporting channels. (Because if they don't, they suffer damages..)
So, I am currently filing DMCA notices across major channels, and I will separately organize the relevant channels and reporting procedures.
