Summary: Switching the primary language in SourceTree from Korean to English prevents crashes and exits. (Tip from Gamja)
I previously shared a tip on using the latest version of SourceTree, which kept crashing on Mac.

However, a reader named Gamja left a comment as follows.

Oh??!! Really?!
I tried setting it up. On a Mac, click the SourceTree menu in the top left corner, go to Preferences, and look at Language & Region at the bottom of the General tab to select a preferred language.

If your preferred language is set to Korean, change it to English ( English ) and restart SourceTree to finish.
Following the tip provided by gamja, I have been using the latest version since then, and no crashes have occurred. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems the issue isn't with the language package on the Mac environment.
In other words, there is no need to use a stable older version; simply setting the primary language to English allows you to use the latest version of SourceTree stably on Mac Silicon environments.
I would like to express my gratitude to gamja for sharing this helpful tip again.
